We can work closely with the repair facility to keep them on task and on your asset repair, failure analysis as well as provide weekly, daily or even hourly status reports to your management. This information from our Subject Matter Experts monitoring the work on your behalf allows you to be proactive in the recovery process. Fees for our services during factory repairs are typically paid for by your insurance carrier and if not, will likely be offset by earlier return to service of your asset.

In addition to having highly knowledgeable Subject Matter Experts ensuring that the manufacturer's finding are consistent with the evidence found during the failure analysis, simply having an Owner's Rep onsite during the rebuild maximizes the phenomenon known as the Hawthorne Effect. It worked when we were five, it works when we are fifty five. As suck, whether the equipment is in the manufacturing facility, or the repair shop, CWE inspectors can be a valuable addition to your risk management & quality program in every stage of a project.

When you and CWE have time to plan a known inspection requirement, we can have one of our primary inspectors locate and work with local inspectors with the right skillsets to work with your selected vendor at their location. This results in saving time and costs related to travel and lodging expenses. For the more time critical, emergent needs, we can usually be onsite in time for the damaged asset's arrival at the repair facility providing your with insight and valuable information and a presence on the repair floor and a voice in the repair process from initial uncrating until the repaired asset is packaged for shipment back to your facility. For DOT facilities such as pipelines, CWE provides inspection personnel are OQ (Operator Qualification) qualified in accordance with, client specifications and DOT part 192/195 as applicable.
