Our procedure based approach allow us to work collaboratively with the project management team including Owners, Operating Company, EPC, Engineering Firm or General Contractor or subcontractors. By engaging early in the project, we can tailor a solution that provides maximum value and benefit to the end user while ensuring that the the construction team has the information and our support to maintain schedule and minimizes surprises. By integrating the precomm, comm and startup schedules into the overall project schedule, all WBS activities are resource loaded and there's clear visibility into the process. For turnkey commissioning projects, CWE will assume full responsibility and provide the management, safety programs & procedures, supervision, field technologists, test equipment, site specific procedures, turnover documentation and QA/QC program and operations training for your project or will provide the field engineers and test technicians and/or the measurement and test equipment augment your staff and work under your supervision.
